Our culture promotes thought over feeling, logic over intuition. At birth, we are governed by physical needs; a sign of maturity is to ignore the body. Or, learn to think of it as our vehicle.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told to analyze and evaluate choices and discount things that cannot be \u201cproven.\u201d What are facts<\/i>? Is it truth or advertising? What is actually good for you, or not?<\/p>\n

The body is wise and knows what is true.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

While the brain is definitely required equipment, it can interfere with listening to the body.\u00a0 Most of us have \u201clogically\u201d ignored a gut impulse and have been sorry later. It\u2019s always better to use all of your senses whenever possible.<\/p>\n

Your body is a barometer that is attuned to the energy of everything. Feeling uncomfortable around people or places? Something doesn\u2019t feel right? These are opportunities to take a second look.<\/p>\n

Some things either energize or weaken. When your body connects to the energy of something, it is either strengthened or depleted in response. Muscle testing, or kinesiology, is a way to connect to the wisdom of the body to help you make better choices. There are many techniques, but the one I suggest describe is easy to do and understand.<\/p>\n

This system is great for yes or no answers, and you can ask about anything. The body moves to indicate what is true or false,\u00a0 the movement is the language.<\/p>\n

\"dawn<\/a>Stand up and close your eyes. Ground. Center yourself. Breathe.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

When you are completely present, ask out loud what the energy of No!<\/strong><\/span> feels like. Think of the energy of No!<\/strong><\/span> and allow your body to move. Usually you feel pulled in one direction or another.<\/em><\/p>\n

Now think and feel the energy of Yes!<\/strong><\/span> Allow your body to move freely. Repeat these steps a couple of times.<\/em><\/p>\n

Now repeat the process for clarity.<\/p>\n

Next, pick up and hold various items. As you hold the object, concentrate on your question. Is this good for me? Will I enjoy this? Does this give me energy?<\/em><\/p>\n

Try this with a favorite food and ask if it will give you energy and health. Is that supplement you are taking is good for you?<\/p>\n
